NOTICE: BE a sport - please LIMIT ENTRIES to your immediate household. Children
below 7th grade are not eligible.
1. There is one game in each ad; indicate the winner by writing in the name of that team
opposite the advertiser's name in the Entry Blank. No scores, just pick the winners.
2. There will be no ties. Ties will be broken by the estimate of the highest number of
points scored by any one team on this page this week. Place this on the Entry Blank in the
space provided.
3. Only one entry per person. Entries must be received before 5: 30 p an. each Friday. We
won't accept entries for children obviously filled in by an adult.
4. Employees and family of ANY newspaper are ineligible entrants. Advertisers, or
their employees, are invited to enter.
5. If an entrant picks all games correctly he will receive $15. If no entrant picks all
games correctly, the nearest ballot will earn $8, second $5, and third $2. But remember, the
experts are eligible, so you must BEAT THE EXPERTS.
6. There is nothing to buy, nothing to pay. Entries can be made on the ballot on this page
or they may be copied on a sheet of paper. Extra ballots available free at the Harlan
Newspapers office. Neatness in no way counts to a winning ballot, but ballots must be
legible and all blanks filled in.
